Dixons Carphone dials in losses after data breach
On Tuesday 31st July, Dixons Carphone revealed that a data breach from 2017 has affected the personal data of 10 million customers.
The stolen data may include personal information, such as names, addresses, dates of birth and phone numbers. With this, hackers could potentially gain access to other online accounts if any of this information is used for passwords and customers are advised to take protective steps to reduce the risk of fraud.
