The Senior IT Support and Installation Engineer role will be a vital member of our team setting the bar for junior engineers to work towards, ensuring the timely resolution of client incident tickets and by way of project engagement involving the design and implementation of Client IT systems and solutions requirements.

We are looking for a 1st line Engineer to join the team. You will be working closely with our clients to offer day to day support on PC, software and networks for fault-find and fix based primarily on Windows OS environments. In addition to this you will be required to perform administration of users in AD and 365, have an understanding of managed backup, antivirus, and web and email filtering platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Book-Keeper/Accounts Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on an interesting and challenging role at a growing company. You’ll have at least two years’ experience in a similar or transferable role. You’ll be highly organised, highly numerical, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and capable of building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
